On January 23, 2021, severe weather phenomena are forecast in the Siberian and North Caucasian Federal Districts

According to data of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia and the All-Russian Research Institute of Civil Defence and Emergencies (FC), on January 23, there is a possibility of emergencies associated with the disruption of life support services, energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, all modes of transport:

in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory (heavy snow, rainfalls, thunderstorms, hail, adhesion of wet snow on wires and trees, ground surface icing, wind gusts up to 29 m/s);

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Ingushetia and the Chechen Republic (wind gusts up to 32 m/s).
