
EMERCOM of Russia
Another operation to destroy explosive objects during the Great Patriotic War was carried out on the eve of the Day of Russia on Friday, June 11. Specialists of the pyrotechnic department of the Special Marine Detachment of the EMERCOM Main Office for the Republic of Crimea destroyed 13 aerial bombs at once by controlled detonation.
Inspectors of the state supervision organize inspections of the territories of the private sector and gardening associations, as well as parks and squares in the city limits to identify cases of the use of open fire and other violations of fire safety requirements.
On the eve of Russia Day, at the Russian House in Beirut (Republic of Lebanon), 15 volunteers from among Russian compatriots and Lebanese received letters of thanks from the head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Evgeniy Zinichev.
The corresponding federal law was signed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on June 11 this year. Changes to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation were introduced in connection with the adoption of the Federal Law “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation”. They are aimed at increasing the efficiency of the bodies of inquiry to establish the causes and perpetrators of fires.
The work has been organized on: extinguishing 1518 man-made fires, responding to 280 road accidents and 7 accidents on water bodies, neutralizing one aerial bomb, providing psychological assistance in 16 cases.
