Mitigation of flood impact in the town of Ishim Tyumen Region as a part of 50-man airmobile group, headed by Lieutenant Colonel Gritsenko. Over the whole period of operations, the personnel of the group: rescued 1 person, reinforced 6,170 square meters of earth embankments, evacuated 37 people with their property, examined 111 households, provided aid to 70 people, examined 310 square kilometers by UAVs.

Mitigation of impact of fire at Sindika construction market, located at 65 kilometer mark of Moscow Ring Road, Odintsovo District, Moscow Region. The scene of the accident was cordoned off, lighting towers were deployed, structures were partially disassembled. Air at the scene was tested for contaminants 13 times. Firefighting units watered the structures and put out the fire.
November – December
Search operation for at the crash site of Mil Mi-8 helicopteinat Greenland Sea (Norway). Side-looking sonars and unmanned mini-subs examined over 35 square kilometers of sea bed. Divers carried out 21 dives for the total duration of 13 hours and 30 minutes. 243 kilometers of the shoreline from the both sides of IsfjordenGulf were examined in cooperation with National Police of Norway and the Red Cross International Committee.

Clearing the Kerch fortress of explosive objects. While demining the Kerch fortress, the specialists found more than 250 shells.

A Robinson-44 helicopter crashed in the area of the village of Myakinino, Odintsovo District, Moscow Region. The operations were performed by an operational group consisting of 5 people. 4 passengers, including 1 child, were pulled out of water without injuries.
September 2
The squad of radiation and chemical reconnaissance carried out monitoring of atmospheric air in Lyubertsy, Marshal Poluboyarov street, for the presence of hydrogen sulphide and determined its concentration. No exceedance of MPC (Maximum Permissible Concentration) of hydrogen sulphide was detected.
September 7
Pyrotechnical squad of the Center was involved in operations for defusing of an explosive object in Moscow, ZAO, 2 Ochakovskoye motorway. In the course of operations, 76 mm artillery shell of the Great Patriotic War was found and defused.

The squad of radiation and chemical reconnaissance performed operations for determining substances (containers with chemicals). The substances were decontaminated and waste compositions were utilized.

Clearing territory and locations of the Republic of Serbia of explosives;

Clearing territory of explosives in the village of Rogovskoye, Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts, Moscow. In total, a territory of 1600 000 square meters was examined for the presence of explosives, 180 explosives were detected and defused.

Pyrotechnical examinations in the village of Nagorny, Samara Region, and adjacent territory for the presence of blind shells. In the course of the duty trip, a total territory of 1 228 457 square meters was examined, 1 228 457 explosives were found and 15 323 ones were defused.

Flood recovery in the Republic of Serbia. 1055 people, including 254 children, were totally evacuated from the flood area, 19 people were rescued, 44.5 tonnes of humanitarian cargo were also delivered to the affected population.

Recovery operations after an emergency situation caused by flood rise in the Republic of Altai, Maymin district, the village of Mayma, the city of Barnaul. 436 people, including 65 children, were totally evacuated during operations, 53 injured people were provided with medical assistance, property of 11 families of affected population was evacuated, water and food were delivered to the affected population – 351 houses in total.

Recovery operations after domestic gas explosion at the Il-Pittore restaurant, Moscow, 15 people were involved. During operations, the rooms of the 1st floor were examined (total area of 120 square meters) for the presence of injured people, a mobile kit for videoconference (reserve) was set up and prepared for work.

Transportation of sources of ionizing radiation in the Moscow Region, 10 people were involved. In the course of operations, 10 sources of ionizing radiation were loaded into containers using РТК-08. Transportation of sources of ionizing radiation to the place of its storage, military unit 19893, the village of Bolshoye Bunkovo, Noginsky district, Moscow Region.

Recovery operations after an explosion of domestic gas in an apartment house in the city of Astrakhan, 28 people were involved. In the course of operations, 2145 square meters of debris were found and 4 dead bodies were retrieved from the debris.

Humanitarian demining of a territory in the Republic of Serbia, 15 people were involved. During operations, a territory of 205126 square meters (20.5 hа) was examined for the presence of explosives, 3750 explosives were detected and defused.

Recovery works after building collapse in Moscow, 40/62 Proektiruemy Proezd, 57 people were involved. In the course of operations, a territory of 2500 square meters was examined for the purpose of finding injuries, 75 tonnes of building’s debris were loaded for move-out.

Recovery operations after Sukhoi SuperJet 100 crush in Indonesia, 26 people were involved. During operations, a territory of 250 square meters was examined for the purpose of finding dead bodies, 10 bags of fragments of dead bodies were collected.

Recovery operations after fall of roof caving at Michrinsky shopping mall, Moscow, 26 people were involved. In the course of operations, 100 square meters were examined for the purpose of finding injuries.

Collecting pesticides and agrochemicals on a territory of Kursk Region, 16 people were involved. In the course of operations, 214 tonnes of pesticides and agrochemicals were totally collected.

Performing special diving operations for the purpose of demining explosive objects at the riverbeds of Dnepr and Vyazma, 23 people were involved. In the course of operations, 784 explosive objects were detected and defused in water area, 1514 explosive objects – on adjacent territory.

Recovery works after catastrophic flood in the city of Krymsk, Krasnodar Region, 27 people were involved. In total, during operations: engineer constructions were created to provide stability for 4 apartment houses; 70 buildings were examined; 26 people were provided with medical assistance; 5 tonnes of humanitarian aid were delivered (address delivery), 81 courtyards were cleared; assistance for 39 families, 2 cars and 1 semitrailer were pulled out of riverbeds, 212 tonnes of debris, concrete-steel constructions, silt and dirt were moved out; a territory of 19 ha was cleared of debris; 8 entry house doors were deblocked; 80 liters of hydrochloric acid were neutralized and utilized.

Recovery works after flood in the village of Novomikhaylovsky, Krasnodar Region, 26 people were involved. In the course of operations in total: search of injuries in the school building of a territory of 1200 square meters was performed; 400 pieces of damaged school furniture was prepared for transportation and move-out; 1074 tonnes (898 cubic meters) of debris were moved out; a territory of 12700 square meters (1.27 hа) was cleared of dirt and silt; 3 courtyards were cleared of debris

The squad of the Center consisting of 51 people and 3 units of equipment performed operations on recovery after earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Workforce of the squad in the course of operations examined totally 2 settlements – Zendaya and Ishinomaki. 45 dead bodies were found, retrieved and passed to the representatives of Japan police.

The squad of the Center consisting of 28 people and 3 units of equipment left for Republic of Bashkortostan to perform recovery operations after emergency situation. Workforce of the squad examined totally a territory of 74 ha, 404 explosives were detected and defused, 34 buildings with backyards were checked.
June 3 - June 5
The squad of the Center consisting of 29 people and 3 units of equipment and robot system BROKK-110 performed a task for clearing military unit 86696 of explosives including living and technical area, the village of Pugachevo, the Republic of Udmurtia. As a result of operations, a territory of 60 ha was examined, 1025 explosive objects were removed and prepared for transportation
June 6 – July 15
The Squad of the Center consisting of 23 people and 3 units of equipment carried out pyrotechnical works associated with defusing explosives of the Great Patriotic War in Kirov Region. A territory of 127.5 ha was totally examined and 2362 explosives were found and defused.
July 10 – July 15
The Squad of the Center consisting of 16 people and 1 units of equipment carried out a task on a place where the cruise ship “Bulgaria” sank in the Republic of Tatarstan. 8 divers of the squad performed more than 70 descents with a total time of 92 hours. Ship constructions were disassembled, 24 dead bodies were deblocked and pulled out of water. This number made up 25% of total crash victims found.

The Squad of the Center consisting of 10 people and 2 units of equipment performed special operations aimed at utilization of chloride emergency containers in the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria (Tyrnyauz town). As a result, 36 containers were demilled.

Special diving operations on clearing Dnepr riverbed of explosives of the Great Patriotic War within Smolensk region
September 28 – October 3
Utilization of chloride emergency containers in the village of Kushalino, Tver region. The operations were carried out on a territory of 550 square meters using high-tech complex for neutralizing emergency containers (KR AKHOV) and robot system BROKK-110D. 14 chloride containers, 1 carbon dioxide container, 1 acetylene and 1 oxygen containers were totally opened and utilized.
December 30
Recovery operations after an accident associated with a fire on the atomic submarine in the village of Roslyakovo, Murmansk Region. In the course of the operations a dosimetry control station of the workforce was set up, continuous radiation control in the accident area was performed by 4 radiation control stations (one mobile). In the course of measurements, no radiation background exceedance was detected.

Over this period of time:

- 15 citizens of Georgia have been directed from the South Ossetia to Georgia;
- 17020 people have been provided with food at 3 evacuation points;
- security has been provided for 33 groups in the area of accident rescue operations;
- medical stations have been set up in 11 schools;
- 304.3 tonnes of humanitarian cargos have been delivered to the Center and 301.9 tonnes – have been sent to an area of the accident. 2.4 tonnes are stored at the warehouse.
- 36 objects under construction have been inspected;
- accompanying and distributing humanitarian cargos among the population;
- patrol at courses and help for road crash victims.
