Sergey Vladimirovich

Mr. Velichev was born on November 26, 1962 in Moscow.

In 1985 he graduated from the Moscow Electrotechnical Institute of Communications named after Order of the Labor and Red Banner, in 2009 - National Research University Higher School of Economics.

From 1985 to 2002 - served in the Armed Forces.

From 2002 to 2009 – held various senior positions in the field of construction, design, construction supervision and operation.

From 2009 to 2015 - Head of the Department at the FAU Glavgosexpertiza of Russia under the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities , member of the supervisory board of the institution.

From 2015 to 2016 – held a senior position in RusHydro PJSC, Institute Hydroproject JSC, Deputy General Director for Supporting Project Design and an Investment Program for Assisting the Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of South Ossetia for 2015-2017.

From 2016 to 2018 - Director of the Department for Design and Construction Control of Investment Project Facilities of VTB Complex Reconstruction PJSC of the Central Dynamo Stadium.

From June 28, 2018 to the present - Head of the Investment and Construction Department.
