Natalya Nesterenko was born on October 13, 1970 in the city of Slutsk, the Minsk Region, BSSR.
In 1993, she graduated from the Military Medical Faculty at the Nizhny Novgorod Medical Institute, majoring in general medicine, and qualified as a doctor.
Candidate of Medical Sciences. Doctor of the highest category.
Colonel of the Medical Service (in the reserve). Retired Colonel of the Internal service. Retired police Colonel.
From 1993 to 2008 served in the Armed Forces. She passed a way from the doctor of Medical Center to the chief of medical service - the chief of Medical Center.
From 2004 to 2015 – was a teacher at the Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy. Associate Professor, Department of Disaster Medicine.
From April 2009 to March 2017 - Head of the Medical Department, Head of the Medical Department of the Volga Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia (Nizhny Novgorod).
From March 2017 to June 2019, she served in the Volga Logistics Support Center of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation.
