Golikova
Nadezhda Vyacheslavovna

Golikova Nadezhda Vyacheslavovna was born on July 5, 1980 in the city of Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region.

In 2001, she graduated from the Moscow Humanitarian and Economic Institute with a degree in Accounting and Audit, and in 2007, from The Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Financial Management. Finance and credit, in 2009 – the Russian State Social University with a degree in Law.

From 1999 to 2005 she held various positions in the Office of the Federal Treasury in the Moscow Region.

From 2005 to 2018 she held various positions in the central apparatus of the Federal Treasury.

Since July 2018, she worked as a Deputy Head of the Finance and Economics Department of The Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters.

By Order No. 555-K of December 29, 2018, she was appointed Head of the Finance and Economics Department of The Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters.

She was awarded the Russian Federation Presidential Certificate of Gratitude, the Medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland”, 2nd class, the Medal “For Service in the Federal Treasury XV years”, the Badge “Excellence in Financial Work”, the Certificate of Merit of the Federal Treasury, Certificate of Merit of the Accounts Chamber, Certificate of Merit of the Office Federal Treasury in the Moscow Region, Certificate of gratitudes of the Federal Registration Service, of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, of the Accounts Chamber, of the Minister of finance, the Memorable Medal "20 Years of the Federal Treasury," the Medal "The XVI FINA World Championships in Kazan, 2015".
