Evplov
Nikolay Nikolayevich

Mr. Evplov was born on 30 March 1972 in the town of Weimar, Germany. He is 3rd Class Full State Councilor of the Russian Federation.

Education:

1993 – graduated from the Volsk Higher Military School of Logistics;

2004 – graduated from the Military Academy of Logistics and Transport;

2009 – graduated from the Northwestern Academy of Public Service.

Service:

1989-1993 – Cadet in the Volsk Higher Military School of Logistics;

1993-2002 – Served on various positions connected with military logistics in the Russian Defence Ministry;

2002-2004 – Cadet in Military Academy of Logistics and Transport;

2004-2008 - Served on various positions connected with military logistics in the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation;

2008-2015 – Deputy Head of Logistics, Head of Logistics, Deputy Director of Logistics and Equipment Department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry;

2015-2018 – Deputy Director of Finance Planning Department of the Russian Defense Ministry.

By Order No.267-K of the Russian Federation of 30 July 2018, Mr. Evplov is appointed to the position of Development Department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

Now he is a Head of the Rear Services and Armaments Department.

Mr. Evplov is married and raises two children.
