III National contest of professional skills “Power of Soul” for the best psychologist of security forces has taken place today in Moscow. Specialists of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Defense Ministry, Federal Penitentiary Service, Federal Bailiffs’ Service and OAO Concern Rosenergoatom (OJSC) took part in the contest. In all, there were 9 psychologists, who had become winners of the same contest within their agencies. The judges were heads of psychological services of security forces and famous specialists in the area of psychology.
There were three stages to the contest. The criterion for the rating was the correspondence of the content to the offered subject, scientific and methodological ground, how well the contestants showed their artistic plot and professional practice, the assumed efficiency of the solutions offered.
The contest determined the winner and the holder of the honorable title the best psychologist of security forces 2013 – Yelena Chernetskaya, the head of laboratory for psychological support of efficiency of professional activity of the scientific and methodological center “Development of nuclear power plant staff” of Rosatom Central Professional Development Institution.
Anna Ladygina, the leading psychologist of the emergency response office of the Center for Emergency Psychological Aid of the Russian Emergencies Ministry came the second. Anastasia Sorokina, the leadeing specialist expert of the state service and personnel office of the Directorate of the Russian Federal Bailiffs’ Service in the Republic of Karelia had the same number of points. Yelena Ivanova, head of psychological service of the Directorate of Penitentiary Service in Moscow was the third.
Lyudmila Ryzhenkova, another contestant of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, a psychologist of 1st team of federal fire service in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic received a special prize “For the will to win”.
The winners got prizes made of crystal as the symbol of purity and versatility of human soul.
