Daniyar Safiulin arrived at the site of the Sayan-Shushenskaya hydro-electric power station from Krasnoyarsk immediately after the accident and headed the accident management works. The day before, during the work at the Sayan-Shushenskaya hydro-electric power station he felt unwell. General-Major received first intensive aid from the interservice medical unit of the Federal Biomedical Agency located at the territory of the station. After that the Head of the Siberian Regional Center EMERCOM of Russia was taken to the intensive care unit of Sayanogorsk by reanimobile, where the intensive care unit group of the Federal Biomedical Agency was set near him.
At present the Head of the Siberian Regional Center of the Ministry is taken to Moscow for treatment by the Il-76 plane EMERCOM of Russia.
