Four psychologists of the Khakas department EMERCOM of Russia started work immediately after the accident. They worked with the people, whose relatives perished, were injured or unaccounted as a result of the accident.
19 August a group of specialists of the Emergency Medicine Centre EMERCOM of Russia came from Moscow to attend psychologically to those who need it.
576 calls have already been received by the “hot line”. The psychologists have already helped 220 relatives of the perished and the injured.
The psychologists are working in the recreation centre “Energetik” where people are coming to get information.
