In the Moscow Region, at the Noginsk Rescue Center, an all-Russian commanding meeting was organized with the leadership of the rescue military units of the EMERCOM of Russia. The event is attended by over 20 people.

The training camp was opened by Igor Kutrovsky, Director of the Rescue Units Department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry. “I hope that the training camp will help improve the level of training of the management staff, maintain readiness to act as intended, as well as organize planned activities,” he said.

Within the framework of the training camp, classes are organized on the certification of emergency rescue teams, the organization of management in response to emergencies, the use of drones, combat and mobilization training, and much more. In the "round table" mode, the topical issues of organizing daily activities and the use of the rescue forces of the department will be discussed. In addition, the participants of the training camp will get acquainted with the facilities of the Noginsk rescue center, the activities of the National Crisis Management Center and the Leader Center of the EMERCOM of Russia. During the training, the positive experience of using the forces of rescue military units in the elimination of emergency situations in Russia and abroad will be summarized, as well as the level of professional training of officers will be checked, their knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework for the profile of their activities will be assessed.

Igor Kutrovsky noted the conscientious work and great contribution of the participants of the training camp to the development of rescue military units. Over the past year alone, consolidated pyrotechnic detachments of rescue military units have discovered and neutralized over 34 thousand explosive objects, including more than 2.5 thousand aerial bombs, and cleared an area with a total area of ​​over 147 hectares. In addition, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the forces and means of rescue centers are involved in carrying out measures for the treatment and disinfection of socially significant objects, equipment and automotive infrastructure.

"Behind every success of the rescue military units is the work and high professionalism of the personnel of the rescue centers of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and their leadership," Igor Kutrovsky said.

In conclusion, he expressed confidence in the further effective work of specialists of rescue military units in order to increase the level of response and implement new approaches to reduce the risks of emergencies.

The training camp for the leaders of the Russian Emergencies Ministry's rescue units will last until June 10.
