The Institute for Development of the Academy of the State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia is training senior officials of the Ministry under the professional retraining program "Activities of the EMERCOM of Russia in Ensuring the State and Public Security of the Country."
This week, seminars and round tables were held for students with the deputy heads of the emergency department Andrei Gurovich, Ilya Denisov, Anatoly Suprunovsky, Viktor Nichiporchuk, the head of the Strategic Planning and Organizational Work Department Yuri Zhukov and the head of the Financial and Settlement Center of the EMERCOM of Russia Mergen Pashnanov. The listeners participated in the discussion of issues in the priority areas of the ministry's development: financial and economic support, the development of fire and rescue and supervisory units, digital transformation projects.
A course of 1200 academic hours on professional retraining, which involves a combination of classroom and extracurricular activities, is attended by 20 officers holding leading positions in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
Within the framework of the program, classes are taught by scientists and practitioners in the field of public administration, fire safety, civil defense, protection of the population and territories from emergencies, as well as deputy ministers for areas of activity.
An additional professional retraining program was developed by the faculty of the Academy on behalf of the head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Evgeniy Zinichev, and is being held in this format for the first time.
