The flood situation in 13 regions was monitored last week. In the Republic of Crimea, 55 private and multi-apartment houses, 38 household plots remain flooded. The airmobile groups of the Don Rescue Center, the EMERCOM Main Offices for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol continue to work on the spot. Aerial photography of the flooded areas has also been organized, and the commissions are assessing the damage.
On the territory of the Transbaikal Territory and the Amur Region, more than 295 residential buildings, about 700 household members, 9 low-water bridges, and 24 sections of highways remain flooded.
In the Transbaikal Territory, there are more than 100 people in temporary accommodation centers, who are provided with comprehensive assistance. In the Amur Region, communication with 8 settlements was disrupted, boat crossings, fire protection and medical support were organized.
In these regions, the Siberian and Amur Rescue Centers have been building up their force and equipment, and it is planned to deliver an airmobile group from the Kamchatka Rescue Center. The groupings of the EMERCOM Main Offices in the Far Eastern Federal District and the aviation of the EMERCOM of Russia are in readiness.
Within the framework of the current forest fire situation, over 3.9 thousand thermal points were identified over the past week. Now in 16 regions there are more than 100 outbreaks.
Aviation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia is involved in liquidation of wildfires - more than 570 drains were carried out in a week, over 2 thousand tons of water were discharged. At the moment, there is no threat to settlements and economic objects.
Fire and rescue units responded to almost 9.2 thousand fires, 390 of them were eliminated with the involvement of volunteer fire brigades.
While responding to more than 1.9 thousand road accidents, 1,380 people were saved. The military rescue and search and rescue teams were involved in emergency rescue operations more than 440 times, in which more than 200 people were rescued.
Pyrotechnic crews of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in the Kaliningrad and Tver regions, as well as in the Republic of Crimea, discovered and neutralized more than 2.1 thousand explosive objects, including 58 aerial bombs, in a week.
