On October 15, the Acting Head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry Alexander Chupriyan held a meeting.
The draft plan of research and development work for 2022 and the planning period 2023-2024 was discussed.
The participants discussed proposals for the development of promising models of equipment, taking into account the priority directions of the development of science, technology and technology in the EMERCOM of Russia. For example, the creation of prototypes of multifunctional training modules for preparing mine rescuers and miners to perform mine rescue operations based on 3D technologies, as well as advanced fire and rescue equipment.
Special attention is paid to research activities in the Ministry. Experts regularly test new models of equipment and methodologies. So, this year, the EMERCOM of Russia organized two large-scale events - the XIII International Salon "Integrated Security-2021" and the Interdepartmental training for the Protection of the Arctic Territories from Emergencies, which have become effective platforms for testing developments in real conditions.
