On December 2, in Moscow, at the Center for Emergency Psychological Aid of the EMERCOM of Russia, the results of the X All-Russian competition of professional skills of psychologists of power structures "Power of the Soul" were summed up.
8 representatives from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation, and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation competed for the title of the best psychologist of power structures.
All finalists of the competition are experienced professionals, winners of Ministry's professional competitions, who took 1st and 2nd places.
This year, due to coronavirus restrictions, the competition was held in a remote format on the website of the Russian Psychological Society.
The final of the competition included two tasks. The first is self-presentation, in a free creative form to tell about the direction of your activity. The second task was professional: each specialist had to create a methodological lesson on one of the given topics.
As a result of persistent struggle, the 1st place in the competition was taken by two participants at once: Olga Kirillova, senior psychologist-inspector of the department of medical and psychological support of the logistics department of the EMERCOM Main Office for the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District - Yugra, and Albina Natsibullina, a teacher-psychologist the highest category of the Kazan Suvorov military school.
In second place was Olga Stolbova, major of the internal service, head of the psychological laboratory of the Correctional Facility-9 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Karelia. She also won the Audience Award.
And Ella Voropaeva, the leading psychologist of the group of psychological work of the 14th brigade of large anti-submarine ships of the Kola Flotilla of the Northern Fleet, closed the top three.
According to the participants themselves, the interdepartmental competition promoted closer interaction between the psychological services of law enforcement agencies and an increase in the scientific and methodological level of their work, and also allowed psychologists to exchange work experience and show their creative abilities.
