Rescuers of the Vytegra Center became the best in the competition for the elimination of the consequences of an accident among the teams of the North Western region of Russia

On May 14, in Karelia, the competition between rescuers of the North Western Federal District for the title of "The Best Team of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for Conducting Emergency Rescue Operations in the Elimination of Emergencies in Road Transport in 2022" ended.

11 participating teams performed tasks to eliminate the consequences of various accidents on vehicles. According to the “legend”, the rescuers had to act in order to save the simulated victims.

The participants of the competition "opened" the car that got into an accident with a hydraulic tool, removed the injured driver and passenger from there, provided them with first aid and delivered them on a stretcher to the ambulance team.

As a result of a tense struggle, the first place was won by the rescuers of the Arctic Center "Vytegra", the second place was taken by the team of the EMERCOM Main Office for the Republic of Karelia, and the team of the EMERCOM Main Office for the Kaliningrad Region took the third place.
