At the Voronezh Institute for Advanced Training of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, training and methodological meetings were held with the deputy heads of the main departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the subjects of the Russian Federation (for the State Fire Service) with the participation of the best specialists of the Ministry of Health of Russia, All-Russian Order "Badge of Honor" Scientific Research Institute of Fire Defense and higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. The practical exercises were conducted under the leadership of the Head of the Main Office of Fire Protection, Lieutenant General of the Internal Service, Valentin Nelyubov. The measures were developed for the further development of fire protection units, forms and methods of further improvement of professional and managerial skills of the management staff were determined.
The representatives of the Main Office of Fire Protection are scheduled to conduct lectures and practical classes with a visit to the facilities of the Voronezh Fire and Rescue garrison. This training format made it possible to transfer and disseminate the invaluable practical experience of mentors trained from the most experienced employees, as well as to exchange best practices in extinguishing fires and conducting emergency rescue operations, training firefighters.
