In the nominations of the XVI All-Russian festival on the topic of safety and rescue of people "Constellation of Courage", the Deputy Head of the EMERCOM Main Office for the Moscow Region, Artem Ivanitsky, was recognized as the best specialist in civil defense and population protection.
To become a winner, it was necessary to pass three qualifying stages: regional, district and federal. The level of knowledge of regulatory legal acts in the field of civil defense and population protection, as well as the degree of application in practice were checked, and an interview was held on thematic issues.
Artem was born in the city of Sharya, the Kostroma Region. He has worked in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia since 2006. He began his career as a senior engineer. He repeatedly eliminated the consequences of emergency situations in the Moscow Region and ensured the safety of mass events at the regional and federal levels. His services to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia have been noted by many EMERCOM awards.
"In extreme situations, we will not rise to the level of our expectations, but will fall to the level of our training" - this is the principle that Artem follows in his service.
