During the reporting period, Emergencies Ministry forces were involved in the liquidation of 6 emergency situations and 84 incidents.
In 45 Regions, the situation was complicated by complexes of dangerous and unfavorable weather events. Falling trees, damage to roofs and cars were recorded in 11 Regions; more than 180 thousand people were without power supply. Work continues to restore power supply in the Novosibirsk, Pskov and Leningrad Regions.
22 spontaneous avalanches were recorded in four Regions.
The EMERCOM of Russia is monitoring the passage of the spring flood. Over the past week, more than 130 residential and country houses, over 1.2 thousand personal plots and 40 transport infrastructure facilities have been freed from water.
Over the past period, fire and rescue units were involved in extinguishing more than 9 thousand fires, 356 people were rescued. Compared to the same period last year, the number of fires decreased by 35%, and the loss of life by 9%.

Rescuers of the EMERCOM of Russia responded to more than 1.29 thousand road accidents, 163 people were rescued.
