The EMERCOM of Russia strengthened cooperation with the CSTO during joint training of duty shifts. The event was attended by operational duty officers of the CSTO Crisis Response Center and control points of national bodies of the CSTO member states, including representatives of the Ministries of Emergency Situations of Russia and the Republic of Belarus.
Specialists worked out algorithms of action when identifying signs of an emergency in the East European collective security Region. Special attention was paid to the procedure for the formation of national collective forces of the CSTO and their regrouping in the emergency area.
The key objective of the training was to improve the practical skills of duty shifts and increase the coherence of joint actions. Deputy Head of the CSTO Crisis Response Center, Colonel Evgeniy Chernousov, thanked the EMERCOM of Russia for active participation and noted the high level of training introductory notes and the effectiveness of interaction in the event of an emergency.
