On September 4, at the Far Eastern Fire and Rescue Academy - a branch of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia, a ceremonial swearing-in of 1st year cadets and the assignment of the first officer special rank "junior lieutenant of internal service" to graduate cadets took place.
The corresponding Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On Awarding State Decorations of the Russian Federation" was signed on September 2 this year.
On September 3, the third artificial intelligence hackathon (hacks-ai.ru) began work in Stavropol to solve the problems of the Russian Emergencies Ministry. The event takes place within the framework of the federal project "Artificial Intelligence" and is part of a series of hackathons and lectures on artificial intelligence that will be held throughout Russia.

On September 2, in the city of Karaganda (Republic of Kazakhstan), the World Championship in fire and rescue sports started. Teams from 16 countries take part in it. The Russian national team is represented by 20 athletes (10 girls and 10 men).
EMERCOM employees continue to work in the Kyakhtinsky district. Over the previous day, the airmobile group of the EMERCOM Main Office, together with the rescuers of the Buryat Republican Search and Rescue Service, provided targeted assistance to 45 residents, delivered 150 liters of bottled water and 150 loaves of bread.
In the first half of 2021, the EMERCOM of Russia received more than 66 thousand applications from citizens. The increase in the total number of requests compared to last year was 38%. This is primarily due to the introduction of modern technologies in the EMERCOM of Russia system. Citizens received additional opportunities to promptly ask questions of interest and receive timely answers.
