THE NATIONAL CRISIS MANAGEMENT CENTER

During the day, "The National Crisis Management Center" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, the management of forces and assets within the framework of the crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The following activities were organized: extinguishing 534 industrial fires, responding to 331 traffic accidents and 3 incidents at water bodies, detecting and neutralizing 12 explosive objects, including 3 air bombs, and providing psychological assistance in 13 cases.
II. Measures taken to eliminate the consequences:
• fires: on the roof of the administrative-production building, in the office of the secondary school and in the pavilion on the territory of the trade and market complex in the city of Yekaterinburg;
• violations: heat supply in the cities of Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo Region, Volgograd, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod and Gorno-Altaysk; power supply in the cities of Nikolskoye, Leningrad Region, and Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Territory;
III. On control:
• situation on regional roads of the Orenburg Region;
• flood situation in the Yenisei Region of the Krasnoyarsk Territory;
• restoration of cold water supply in the city of Zvenigovo, Mari El Republic.
