THE MAIN DEPARTMENT OF
"THE NATIONAL CRISIS MANAGEMENT CENTER"

During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management Center" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 627 man-made fires, responding to 182 road accidents and one incident on water bodies, detection and disposal of 2 explosive items, providing psychological assistance in 4 cases.
II. Measures have been taken to eliminate the consequences:
* An accident involving: a passenger bus and a truck in the Tobolsk district, the Tyumen Region; two cars in the Salavat district, the Republic of Bashkortostan;
• fire in private residential house in Kucera settlement of the Borisoglebsk district, the Yaroslavl Region;
* violations: cold water supply in the city of Vladimir; power supply in the Kushvinsky Municipal district, the Sverdlovsk Region; heat supply in Gadzhievo settlement, the Murmansk Region; gas supply in 4 settlements in the Chegemsky district, the Kabardino-Balkar Republic.
III. On the control:
* restoration of heat supply in the Admiralteysky district of St. Petersburg.
