Daily operational forecast for March 25, 2020

The operational forecast of possible emergency situations for March 25, 2020 on the territory of the Russian Federation is determined by the passage of 2 cyclones, 2 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts.

Due to the impact of severe weather phenomena, there is a possibility of accidents related to the disruption of energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, life support services and all modes of transport:

in the Far Eastern Federal District (in the Republic of Buryatia, the Transbaikal Territory and the Amur Region there are snow, heavy snow in some areas, blizzard, snow drifts, sleet sticking, wind strengthening up to 18-28 m/s, followed by a decrease in air temperature by 10 or more degrees).

In connection with the ice formation, there is a risk of failures of people and equipment under the ice throughout the Russian Federation excepting the North Caucasian Federal District and Southern Federal District.

There is avalanche in the mountainous regions of the Siberian Federal District (in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Altai, the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tyva); in the North Caucasian Federal District (in the Republic of Kabardino-Balkar, the Karachayevo-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Republic of Dagestan); in the Southern Federal District (in the Republic of Adygea, in the Krasnodar Territory).
