During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 920 man-made fires, responding to 336 road accidents and 4 accidents at water bodies, neutralizing 573 explosive objects, including 110 bombs, providing psychological assistance in 16 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:
• fires in residential and non-residential buildings in the village of Alekseevka of the Borsky District, the Samara Region and in the village of Koltubanovsky of the Buzulut District, the Orenburg Region;
• fire of dry vegetation with the subsequent transition of fire to outbuildings in the settlement of Ilek of the Ilek district, the Orenburg Region;
• an accident involving two private minibuses in the Tattinsky district, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
III. On control:
• protection of settlements and economic facilities of the Russian Federation from wildfires;
• restoration of power supply in 8 settlements of the Khabarovsk District, the Khabarovsk Territory;
• overturning a barge in the water area of the Rybinsk reservoir in the Yaroslavl Region;
• flood situation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
• liquidation of the consequences of an oil spill in the Norilsk city district, the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
