During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 928 man-made fires, responding to 318 road accidents and 5 accidents on water bodies, neutralizing 442 explosive objects, including 30 aerial bombs, providing psychological assistance in 21 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:
• road accident involving: one regular bus in Tarumovsky district, the Republic of Dagestan; one passenger minibus in the Adyge-Khabl Region, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic;
• fires: in a wooden eight-apartment residential building in the village of Vokhtoga, the Volgograd Region; in a cafe in the building of a shopping and entertainment complex in the city of Yoshkar-Ola, the Republic of Mari El;
• overturning of a barge in the water area of the Rybinsk reservoir of the Yaroslavl Region;
• violations: gas supply in 17 settlements of the Spassky district of the Ryazan region and in 11 settlements of the Krasnogvardeisky district, the Republic of Crimea; power supply in 8 settlements of the Khabarovsk Region, the Khabarovsk Region.
III. On control:
• liquidation of the consequences of an oil spill in the Norilsk city district, the Krasnoyarsk Territory;
• flood situation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
• protection of settlements and economic facilities of the Russian Federation from wildfires;
• restoration of cold water supply in 2 settlements of the Galich district, the Kostroma Region.
