The operational forecast of possible emergency situations for November 10, 2020 on the territory of the Russian Federation is determined by the passage of 3 cyclones, 3 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts.
The emergencies including the disruption of life support services, energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, and all modes of transport, flooding of low-lying areas are forecast:
in the Siberian Federal District, in the Altai Territory (precipitation in the form of rain and sleet, black ice in some areas, wind speed up to 23 m/s, gusts up to 27 m/s).
The accidents including the disruption of life support systems, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:
in the Siberian Federal District, in the Tomsk, Novosibirsk regions (precipitation in the form of rain and sleet, black ice, wind gusts up to 24 m/s, black ice on the roads) and Kemerovo Region (wind gusts up to 22 m/s);
in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory (wind up to 20 m/s).
The increase of thermal anomalies, single foci of natural fires (including counter fires of dry vegetation), foci and natural fires are forecast (caused by non-compliance with fire safety requirements; high fire hazard class, gusty winds):
in the Far Eastern Federal District (Primorsky Territory);
in the Volga Federal District (Saratov Region);
in the Southern Federal District (Volgograd, Astrakhan regions);
in the North Caucasian Federal District (Republic of Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Republic of Ingushetia, Chechen Republic, Stavropol Territory).
The landslides, landslisps, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the North Caucasian Federal and Southern Federal districts.
