On control of the EMERCOM of Russia as for November 28, 2020

During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.

I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 581 man-made fires, responding to 268 road accidents, neutralizing 7 explosive objects, including 3 aerial bombs, providing psychological assistance in 24 cases.

II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:

• accident involving a truck and a private minibus in the Vyselkovsky district, the Krasnodar Territory;

• fires: in a production workshop in the village of Kalinovka, the Moscow Region; in a metal-frame garage building in the city of Mirny, the Sakha Republic (Yakutia);

• disruptions: heat supply in the cities of Ryazan, Voronezh, Ivanovo and the settlement of Novy Uoyan of the Republic of Buryatia; cold water supply in the cities of Pugachev, Saratov Eegion, Olenegorsk, the Murmansk Region and the settlement of Povrakulskaya, the Arkhangelsk Region; power supply in the city of Krasnodar.

III. On control:

• organization of emergency humanitarian aid to Nagorno-Karabakh;

• elimination of the consequences of the passage of the adverse weather phenomena in the Primorsky Territory;

• restoration of cold water supply in 3 municipalities of the Republic of Dagestan.
