During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 753 man-made fires, responding to 246 road accidents and 7 accidents on water bodies, neutralizing 2 explosive objects, providing psychological assistance in 10 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:
• fires: in a bakery building in the village of Amderma in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug; on the roof of two residential apartment buildings in the urban district of Khimki, Moscow region;
• disruptions: cold water supply in 3 municipalities of the Republic of Dagestan and heat supply in the city of Simferopol, the Republic of Crimea.
III. On control:
• organization of emergency humanitarian aid for Nagorno-Karabakh;
• restoration of heat supply in the city of Zakamensk, Republic of Buryatia;
• elimination of the consequences of the passage of a complex of unfavorable meteorological phenomena on the territory of the Primorsky Krai, Pskov and Tver regions.
