During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 827 man-made fires, responding to 242 road accidents and one incident on water bodies, neutralizing 7 explosive objects, including one aerial bomb, providing psychological assistance in 12 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:
• an explosion of unknown origin in an apartment of a residential building in the city of Vsevolzhsk, the Leningrad Region;
• disruptions: cold water supply in the city of Krasnodar; heat supply in the city of Voronezh; power supply in the Valdai district, the Novgorod Region and the city of Pskov.
III. On control:
• the emergency humanitarian aid for Nagorno-Karabakh;
• restoration of power supply in the village of Kildinstroy, the Murmansk Region;
• the situation on the roads in the Russian Federation;
• elimination of the consequences of the adverse weather phenomena in the Primorsky Territory.
