During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.

I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 646 man-made fires, responding to 267 road accidents, neutralizing 3 explosive objects, including 2 aerial bombs, providing psychological assistance in 31 cases.

II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:

• fires: in a private residential building in the village of Petelino, the Tyumen Region; at the refinery in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, the Khabarovsk Territory; on the roof of a non-residential one-story building in the Orekhovo-Zuevo city district, the Moscow Region;

• collapse of rocks in a coal mine in the Belovsky municipal district, the Kemerovo Region - Kuzbass;

• disruptions: heat supply in the city of Chernogorsk, the Republic of Khakassia; gas supply in the city of Derbent, the Republic of Dagestan; cold water supply in the village of Vozhsky, the Komi Republic.

III. On control:

• organization of emergency humanitarian response in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh;

• restoration of: power supply in the closed city of Fokino, the Primorsky Territory and the city of Irkutsk; cold water supply in the city of Kemerovo.
