During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on: suppression of 632 man-made fires, response to 275 road accidents and one incident on water bodies, neutralization of 2 explosive objects, provision of psychological assistance in 45 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:
• a helicopter crash in the Ramonsky district of the Voronezh region;
• disruptions: power supply in the Nozhai-Yurt district, the Chechen Republic, in the city of Irkutsk and in the village of Turukhansk, the Krasnoyarsk Territory; cold water supply in the city of Kemerovo and the village of Rodino, the Altai Territory; heat supply in the cities of Iskitim, Novosibirsk Region, Obluchye of the Jewish Autonomous Region and the closed city of Severomorsk, the Murmansk Region.
III. On control:
• organization of emergency humanitarian response in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh;
• situation on the Georgian Military Road;
• restoration of power supply in the closed city of Fokino, the Primorsky Territory.
