During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 673 man-made fires, responding to 282 road accidents and 3 accidents on water bodies, providing psychological assistance in 19 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:
• an accident involving a passenger bus near the settlement of Vysokoe, Skopinsky district, the Ryazan Region;
• fires: in the educational building of a children's sanatorium in the village of Kolchanovo, the Leningrad Region; in an apartment in a residential building in Nizhny Novgorod; in a private residential building in the city of Tobolsk, Tyumen Region;
• disruptions: power supply in 6 municipal districts of the Republic of Dagestan and ZATO Aleksandrovsk, the Murmansk Region; cold water supply in the town of Uzlovaya, the Tula Region; heat and hot water supply in ZATO Zaozersk, Murmansk Region.
III. On control:
• organization of emergency humanitarian response in Nagorno-Karabakh;
• situation on the Georgian Military Road;
• restoration of heat supply in the city of Zlatoust, the Chelyabinsk Region and power supply in the closed city of Fokino, the Primorsky Territory.
