During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:extinguishing 631 man-made fires, responding to 192 road accidents, neutralizing 14 explosives, providing psychological assistance in 13 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:
• fires: in a country house in the city of Kyzyl, Republic of Tuva; in an apartment building of a barrack type in the city of Salekhard of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug;
• disruptions: cold water supply in the cities of Penza, the Nizhny Novgorod and Novodvinsk of the Arkhangelsk Region, the settlement of Kuyuki of the Republic of Tatarstan and the settlement of Leninskoye, the Jewish Autonomous Region; power supply in the city of Ivanovo, the settlement of Bozhonka, the Novgorod Region, 6 municipal districts of the Transbaikal Territory and 5 settlements of the Udora District, the Komi Republic; gas supply in the settlement of Ukromnoye, the Republic of Crimea.
III. On control:
• the situation on the roads in the Russian Federation;
• organization of emergency humanitarian response in Nagorno-Karabakh.
