in the Volga Federal District, in the Orenburg Region (heavy snow, sleet, blizzard, ice, wind gusts up to 20 m/s);
in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Kalmykia, the Astrakhan Region (high wind, the Krasnodar Territory and the Astrakhan Region, heavy precipitation, high water levels in the Krasnodar Territory);
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Ingushetia, the Kabardino-Balkar Republic, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Chechen Republic, the Stavropol Territory (gusty wind up to 20 m/s, in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania heavy precipitation).
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the North Caucasian Federal and Southern Federal districts.
There is an avalanche danger in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern Federal District (Kamchatka Territory, Sakhalin Region, Chukotka Autonomous District), Siberian Federal District (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Republic of Altai, Republic of Khakassia, Tyva, Irkutsk and Kemerovo regions), the Southern Federal District (Republic of Adygea, Krasnodar Territory (in Sochi), the North Caucasian Federal District (Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia, Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Republic of Dagestan).
