During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 528 man-made fires, responding to 191 road traffic accidents, neutralizing one aerial bomb, providing psychological assistance in 55 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:
• disruptions: cold water supply in the cities of Nevinnomyssk, the Stavropol Territory and Ivanovo; heat supply in the settlement of Khovu-Aksy, the Tuva Republic;
• collapse of the wall of an unexploited building in the city of Salsk, the Rostov Region;
• explosion of household gas in a residential building in the city district of Khimki, the Moscow region.
III. On control:
• organization of emergency humanitarian response on the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh;
• liquidation of the consequences of a fire in a two-story wooden building with the transfer of fire to a one-story wooden warehouse in the city of Surgut, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District-Yugra;
• restoration of cold water supply in the settlement of Kozhva, the Komi Republic;
• fire-prone situation in the Russian Federation;
• the situation on the roads in the Russian Federation.
