The operational forecast of possible emergency situations for March 23, 2021 on the territory of the Russian Federation is determined by the passage of 4 cyclones, 4 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts.

Due to the severe weather phenomena, the emergencies including the disruption of life support services, energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, and all modes of transport, flooding of low-lying areas are forecast:

in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Kamchatka Territory (heavy wet snow, blizzard, black ice on the roads, adhesion of wet snow, south wind up to 17-22 m/s, in coastal areas up to 25-30 m/s, wind gusts of 30-35 m/s in some areas, wind gusts up to 40-45 m/s on coast, hurricane, rapid icing of ships).

Due to the adverse weather phenomena, the accidents including the disruption of life support systems, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:

in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Jewish Autonomous Region (increased wind gusts of 15-18 m/s) and the Sakhalin Region (snow, wind up to 25-30 m/s, blizzard), Magadan Region (snow, wind up to 30 m/s, blizzard);

in the Southern Federal District, in the Republic of Adygea (Maikop district), the Rostov Region (heavy precipitation, adhesion of wet snow on wires and trees), Krasnodar Territory (heavy precipitation, high wind, high water levels), the Republic of Crimea (heavy precipitation, black ice-hoarfrost on wires and trees, high wind);

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Dagestan, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Chechen Republic (gusty wind up to 20 m/s, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Chechen Republic - up to 28 m/s, in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic - thunderstorm, hail), Karachay-Cherkess Republic (heavy precipitation, gusty wind up to 20 m/s, thunderstorm, hail).

The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the North Caucasian Federal and Southern Federal districts.

There is an avalanche danger in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern Federal District (Kamchatka Territory, Sakhalin Region, Magadan Region), Siberian Federal District (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Republic of Altai, Republic of Khakassia, Tyva, Irkutsk and Kemerovo regions), the Southern Federal District (Republic of Adygea, Krasnodar Territory (in Sochi), the North Caucasian Federal District (Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia, Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Republic of Dagestan).
