During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 606 man-made fires, responding to 152 road accidents, providing psychological assistance in 7 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:
• aсcident involving a car and a passenger minibus in the Cherepovets district of the Vologda region;
• a fire in a warehouse hangar in the village of Podgornoye, Lipetsk region;
• disruptions: cold water supply in the cities of Yekaterinburg, Ivanovo and Don, the Tula Region; power supply in 2 settlements of the Republic of Khakassia; heat supply in the city of Tikhvin, the Leningrad Region and in the urban district of Teikovo, the Ivanovo Region.
III. On control:
• snow fall on a tourist group in the Olenegorsk municipal district of the Murmansk region;
• the situation on the roads in the Russian Federation;
• flood situation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
• landscape (natural) fires on the territory of the Russian Federation;
• organization of emergency humanitarian response on the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh.
