Due to the severe weather phenomena, the emergencies including the disruption of life support services, energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, and all modes of transport, flooding of low-lying areas are forecast:
in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the northern regions of the Khabarovsk Territory (heavy precipitation in the form of wet snow and snow in some areas, adhesion of wet snow, wind up to 18-23 m/s along river valleys, wind gusts of 22-27 m/s in some areas on the coast).
Due to the adverse weather phenomena, the accidents including the disruption of life support systems, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:
in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Sakhalin Region (precipitation, snow, wind up to 22-25 m/s on the coasts), the Jewish Autonomous Region (wind speed up to 18-20 m/s), the Transbaikal Territory (wind speed up to 15-20 m/s), Magadan Region (wind increase up to 17-22 m/s, 25-30 m/s in some areas, snow, blizzard).
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania (wind speed up to 20 m/s).
in the Southern Federal District, in the Republic of Crimea, the Republic of Adygea, Krasnodar Territory, Rostov Region (heavy precipitation, wind in the Republic of Adygea, Republic of Crimea, Krasnodar Territory).
The risk of flooding of low-lying areas, household plots, highways, low-water bridges in the Republic of Khakassia, central and southern regions of Krasnoyarsk Territory, Sverdlovsk Region, Republic of Mordovia, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov and Ulyanovsk regions, Bryansk Vladimir, Voronezh, Kaluga, Moscow, Oryol, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tula regions (due to temperature rise, intense snow melting, disruption of drainage systems and storm runoff malfunctions).
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the North Caucasian Federal and Southern Federal districts.
