The operational forecast of possible emergency situations for April 5, 2021 on the territory of the Russian Federation is determined by the passage of 5 cyclones, 5 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts.

Due to the severe weather phenomena, the emergencies including the disruption of life support services, energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, and all modes of transport, flooding of low-lying areas are forecast:

in the Siberian Federal District, in the south of the Taimyr municipal district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (high south wind, with gusts up to 25 m/s).

Due to the adverse weather phenomena, the accidents including the disruption of life support systems, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:

in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Khabarovsk Territory (precipitation, strong precipitation in the form of wet snow in some areas, adhesion of wet snow, increased wind up to 23 m/s along river valleys, wind gusts up to 27 m/s on the coast in some areas), the Transbaikal Territory (wind up to 20 m/s), Magadan Region (wind up to 22 m/s, wind up to 30 m/s in some areas, snow, blizzard);

in the Ural Federal District, in the Chelyabinsk Region (wind gusts up to 20 m/s);

in the Northwestern Federal District, in the Leningrad Region (wind gusts up to 17 m/s, at night there is ice on the roads in some areas); the Novgorod Region (wind with gusts up to 17 m/s);

in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory (high wind, thunderstorm, hail), the Republic of Crimea, Rostov Region (high wind).

The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the North Caucasian Federal and Southern Federal districts.

There is an avalanche danger in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern Federal District (Kamchatka Territory, Sakhalin Region, Republic of Buryatia), the Siberian Federal District (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Republic of Altai, Republic of Khakassia, Tyva, Irkutsk and Kemerovo regions), the Northwestern (Murmansk Region), the Southern Federal District (Republic of Adygea, Krasnodar Territory (Sochi city)), the North Caucasian Federal District (Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia, Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Republic of Dagestan).
