The operational forecast of possible emergency situations for April 6, 2021 on the territory of the Russian Federation is determined by the passage of 4 cyclones, 2 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts.

Due to the severe weather phenomena, the emergencies including the disruption of life support services, energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, and all modes of transport, flooding of low-lying areas are forecast:

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic (very heavy precipitation), the Republic of Ingushetia, the Chechen Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (wind gusts up to 32 m/s).

Due to the adverse weather phenomena, the accidents including the disruption of life support systems, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:

in the Siberian Federal District, in the south of the Taimyr municipal district, the Krasnoyarsk Territory (blizzard, wind gusts up to 25 m/s);

in the Ural Federal District, in the Tyumen Region (wind gusts up to 18 m/s);

in the Volga Federal District, in the Saratov Region (heavy precipitation in the form of rain and sleet, wind gusts up to 20 m/s);

in the Northwestern Federal District, in the Republic of Karelia, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk regions (wind gusts up to 20 m/s);

in the Central Federal District, in the Yaroslavl Region (wind gusts up to 18 m/s);

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the entire district, except for the Stavropol Territory (wind gusts 23-28 m/s);

in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory (heavy rain, thunderstorm, hail, wind gusts up to 22 m/s); the Republic of Kalmykia, the Rostov, Volgograd regions (heavy precipitation, wind gusts up to 25 m/s), the Astrakhan Region (wind gusts up to 25 m/s).

The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the North Caucasian Federal and Southern Federal districts.

There is an avalanche danger in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern Federal District (Kamchatka Territory, Republic of Buryatia), the Siberian Federal District (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Republic of Altai, Republic of Khakassia, Tyva, Irkutsk and Kemerovo regions), the Northwestern (Murmansk Region), the Southern Federal District (Republic of Adygea, Krasnodar Territory (Sochi city)), the North Caucasian Federal District (Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia, Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Republic of Dagestan).
