On control of the EMERCOM of Russia as for April 13, 2021

During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.

I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 3379 man-made fires, responding to 198 road accidents and 5 accidents on water bodies, neutralizing 19 explosive objects, providing psychological assistance in 40 cases.

II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:

    • fires: in a warehouse building and in an open area in the urban district of Bogorodsky, Moscow region; in an apartment building in the city of Makhachkala, Republic of Dagestan; in a private residential building in n. Novokruchininsk, Chita District, Trans-Baikal Territory;

    • accident involving a shuttle bus and 11 passenger cars in the city of Ryazan;

    • disruptions: cold water supply in the cities of Novozybkov, the Bryansk Region and Krasnodar; gas supply in the Kurchatovsky district, the Kursk Region.

III. On control:

    • liquidation of the consequences of a fire in a six-story building in the Nevsky district of the city of St. Petersburg;

    • Situation at the Vanino-Kholmsk ferry crossing in the Tatar Strait;

    • flood situation in the Russian Federation;

    • landscape (natural) fires in the Russian Federation;

    • situation on the Transcaucasian highway;

    • organization of emergency humanitarian response in Nagorno-Karabakh.
