The operational forecast of possible emergency situations for April 30, 2021 on the territory of the Russian Federation is determined by the passage of 4 cyclones, 3 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts.
Due to the adverse weather phenomena, the accidents including the disruption of life support systems, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:
in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Sakhalin Region (heavy rain, wind up to 23 m/s);
in the Ural Federal District, in the Chelyabinsk and Tyumen regions (wind gusts up to 20 m/s);
in the Central Federal District, in the Ivanovo, Kaluga, Moscow, Oryol and Tambov regions (wind gusts up to 20 m/s);
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Stavropol Territory (heavy rain, thunderstorm, hail, wind gusts up to 18 m/s), the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania (thunderstorm, wind with gusts up to 20 m/s).
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the North Caucasian Federal and Southern Federal districts.
There is an avalanche danger in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern Federal District (Republic of Buryatia), the Siberian Federal District (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Republic of Altai, Republic of Khakassia, Tyva, Irkutsk and Kemerovo regions - Kuzbass), the Southern Federal District (Republic of Adygea, Krasnodar Territory (Sochi city)), the North Caucasian Federal District (Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria).
