The operational forecast of possible emergency situations for May 4, 2021 on the territory of the Russian Federation is determined by the passage of 4 cyclones, 3 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts.

Due to the severe weather phenomena, the emergencies including the disruption of life support services, energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, and all modes of transport, flooding of low-lying areas are forecast:

in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Transbaikal Territory (wind gusts up to 30 m/s);

in the Siberian Federal District, in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tyva (wind gusts up to 25 m/s, wind up to 30 m/s in the mountains of the Republic of Khakassia).

Due to the adverse weather phenomena, the accidents including the disruption of life support systems, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:

in the Siberian Federal District, in the Kemerovo Region (rain, thunderstorm, wind up to 18 m / s, in some places up to 23 m/s);

in the Ural Federal District, in the Tyumen Region (wind gusts up to 20 m/s);

in the Volga Federal District, in the Republic of Mordovia, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Mari El, the Udmurt Republic, Samara and Saratov Regions, Perm Territory (wind gusts up to 22 m/s, heavy rain in the Samara Region and Perm Territory);

in the Northwestern Federal District, in the Leningrad Region, the Republic of Karelia (wind gusts up to 18 m/s);

in the Central Federal District, in the Bryansk, Lipetsk, Belgorod, Kursk, Oryol, Tambov, Smolensk and Moscow regions (wind gusts up to 20 m/s);

in the Southern Federal District, in the Republic of Adygea, Krasnodar Territory (heavy precipitation, thunderstorm, hail);

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Ingushetia, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Chechen Republic, the Stavropol Territory (heavy rain, thunderstorm, wind gusts up to 18 m/s, hail).

The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the North Caucasian Federal and Southern Federal districts.

There is an avalanche danger in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern Federal District (Republic of Buryatia), the Siberian Federal District (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Republic of Altai, Republic of Khakassia, Tyva, Irkutsk and Kemerovo regions), the Southern Federal District (Republic of Adygea, Krasnodar Territory (Sochi city)), the North Caucasian Federal District (Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria).
