in the Ural Federal District, in the Sverdlovsk Region (thunderstorms, wind gusts up to 18 m/s);
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Dagestan, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (heavy rain, thunderstorm, hail in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic);
in the Southern Federal District, in the Republic of Kalmykia (heavy rains, thunderstorms), the Astrakhan Region (wind gusts up to 20 m/s).
