The operational forecast of possible emergency situations for September 14, 2021 on the territory of the Russian Federation is determined by the passage of 3 cyclones, 2 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts.

Due to the adverse weather phenomena, the accidents including the disruption of life support systems, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:

in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Sakhalin Region (heavy rain, increased wind gusts up to 22-27 m/s);

in the Siberian Federal District, in the Republic of Khakassia (increased wind gusts up to 15-20 m/s); in the Republic of Tuva (thunderstorms, heavy rains, wet snow in the mountains, hail, ice in some areas, west wind up to 15-20 m/s, wind up to 15-17 m/s in some areas, fog in some areas at night and in the morning);

in the Volga Federal District, in the Republic of Tatarstan, Perm Territory (rain, heavy rain in places, thunderstorm, wind gusts up to 18-20 m/s);

in the Northwestern Federal District, in the Republic of Karelia (rain, heavy rain, wind gusts up to 15-20 m/s, on large bodies of water up to 24 m / s); Leningrad region (showers, wind gusts in places of 15-20 m/s); in the Arkhangelsk region (heavy rain, wind gusts up to 17 m/s); Novgorod region, St. Petersburg (wind gusts up to 15-20 m/s);

in the Central Federal District, in the Ivanovo and Tver regions, wind gusts up to 18 m/s).

The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are in the North Caucasian (Republic of Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Chechen Republic, Republic of Dagestan), and the Southern Federal District (Republic of Adygea, Krasnodar Territory, Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol).
