During the day, the Main Department of "The National Crisis Management" of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.

I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 672 man-made fires, responding to 264 road accidents and 5 accidents on water bodies, neutralizing 3 explosive objects, including 2 aerial bombs, providing psychological assistance in 3 cases.

II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences:

    • derailment of a wheelset of a freight train carriage in the Tyndinsky District, the Amur Region;

    • accident involving a regular bus in the Volodarsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region;

    • fires: in 4 garden houses and outbuildings in the Laishevsky district, the Republic of Tatarstan; in a wooden apartment building in the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, the Sakhalin Region; in an apartment of a residential building in the city of Nizhny Tagil, the Sverdlovsk Region;

    • hard landing of the helicopter near N of the item. Svetlogorsk, the Krasnoyarsk Territory;

    • disruptions: cold water supply in n. Kadui of the Vologda Region and in the city of Kaspiysk of the Republic of Dagestan; power supply in the city of Blagoveshchensk, Amur Region; heat supply in the cities of Ryazan and Saratov.

III. On control:

    • elimination of the consequences of the severe weather phenomena in the Far Eastern Federal District;

    • restoration of heat supply in the city of Blagoveshchensk, the Amur Region;

    • landscape (natural) fires on the territory of the Russian Federation.
