On January 14, 2022, 3 cyclones, 1 anticyclone and the atmospheric fronts are forecast.

Due to the severe weather phenomena, the emergencies including the disruption of life support services, energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, and all modes of transport are forecast:

in the Siberian Federal District, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in the south of the Taimyr municipal district (blizzard, wind with gusts up to 27 m/s);

in the Northwestern Federal District, in the Kaliningrad Region (wind gusts up to 29 m/s);

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Stavropol Territory (wind gusts up to 30 m/s).

Due to the adverse weather phenomena, the accidents including the disruption of life support systems, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:

in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Sakhalin Region (heavy snow, blizzard, wind with gusts up to 20 m/s, wind up to 28 m/s in some areas);

in the Ural Federal District, in the Sverdlovsk Region (wind gusts up to 20 m/s);

in the Volga Federal District, in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republic of Mari El, the Republic of Mordovia, the Republic of Tatarstan, Penza, Saratov regions and Perm Territory (blizzard, wind gusts up to 20 m/s);

in the Northwestern Federal District, in the Vologda, Murmansk, Novgorod Leningrad regions, St. Petersburg (snow, heavy snow, wet snow adhesion in places, ground surface icing, sleet on the roads, wind gusts up to 22 m/s);

in the Central Federal District, in the Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Moscow, Ryazan, Tver, Yaroslavl, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk, Oryol, Smolensk, Tambov regions (wind gusts up to 20 m/s);

in the Southern Federal District, in the Republic of Crimea, Krasnodar Territory, Volgograd Region (heavy precipitation - rain, snow, sleet, wet snow adhesion to wires and trees, ground surface icing, wind gusts up to 25 m/s); in the Rostov Region and the Republic of Kalmykia (wind gusts up to 25 m/s);

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Dagestan, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Chechen Republic (wind gusts up to 20 m/s; wind up to 23 m/s in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic); in the Republic of Dagestan and Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (heavy precipitation - snow, sleet, blizzard).

The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are in the North Caucasian (Republic of Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Chechen Republic, Republic of Dagestan), and the Southern Federal Districts (Republic of Adygea, Krasnodar Territory, Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol).

There is an avalanche danger in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern (Republic of Buryatia, Kamchatka and Transbaikal Territories, Magadan and Sakhalin Regions, Chukotka Autonomous District), Siberian (Republic of Altai, Republic of Tyva and Republic of Khakassia, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Irkutsk Region and Kemerovo Region - Kuzbass), Northwestern (Murmansk Region), North Caucasian (Republic of North Ossetia - Alania, Republic of Dagestan and Republic of Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, Karachay-Cherkess Republic and Chechen Republic) federal districts.
