Due to the adverse weather phenomena, the accidents including the disruption of communal services, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:
in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Jewish Autonomous Region (wind gusts up to 20 m/s); in the Ural Federal District, in the Sverdlovsk and Tyumen regions (wind gusts up to 18 m/s during thunderstorms);
in the Volga Federal District, in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Republic of Tatarstan, Orenburg and Samara regions (wind gusts up to 22 m/s, heavy rain, hail, thunderstorm);
in the Central Federal District, in Moscow and Ryazan regions (thunderstorm, wind gusts up to 18 m/s);
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Dagestan, the Republic of Ingushetia and the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic and Chechen Republic (heavy rain, hail, thunderstorm, wind gusts up to 18-20 m/s).
There is a risk of flooding of low-lying areas, residential buildings, household plots, highways, low-water bridges in the Far Eastern Federal District (Kamchatka and Khabarovsk Territories, Sakhalin and Magadan regions, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)), Siberian Federal District (Krasnoyarsk Territory and Irkutsk Region), Ural Federal District (Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and Tyumen regions, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District - Yugra), North Western Federal District (Arkhangelsk and Vologda regions), Volga Federal District (Perm Territory), North Caucasian Federal District (Republic of Dagestan, Republic of Ingushetia and Republic of North Ossetia - Alania, Kabardino-Balkarian Republic and Chechen Republic) due to the precipitation, snowmelt, melting of ice cover and rising water levels on rivers, clogging of drainage systems.
There is a risk of thermal anomalies, an increase of the number of foci and areas of wildfires and a possible transition of fire to settlements, infrastructure facilities, disruption of the life support systems in the Far Eastern Federal District (Republics of Sakha (Yakutia) and Buryatia, Transbaikal, Primorsky and Kamchatka Territories, Amur Region), Siberian Federal District (Republics of Tyva, Khakassia and Altai, Omsk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk and Irkutsk regions, Altai and Krasnoyarsk territories, Kemerovo Region - Kuzbass), Ural Federal District (Kurgan and Tyumen regions), Volga Federal District (Saratov Region), North Western Federal District (Komi Republic, Arkhangelsk and Leningrad regions), Central Federal District (Belgorod Region), Southern Federal District (Republic of Crimea and Kalmykia, Astrakhan, Volgograd and Rostov regions, Sevastopol) due to fires, counter fires of dry grass, brushwood, forest litter and dry grass burning despite fire safety rules in the forest and in areas adjacent to forests.
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are in the North Caucasian Federal District (Republic of North Ossetia, Republic of Karachay-Cherkess and Kabardino-Balkarian Republic) and Southern Federal District (Republic of Adygea and Republic of Crimea, Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol).
There is an avalanche danger in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern, Siberian, Northwestern, Southern and North Caucasian federal districts.
