There is a risk of flooding of low-lying areas, residential buildings, household plots, highways, low-water bridges in the Far Eastern Federal District (in the Kamchatka, Khabarovsk Territories, in the Sakhalin Region, in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Magadan Region), Siberian Federal District (in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Irkutsk Region), Ural Federal District (Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen Regions, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District) , Northwestern Federal District (Arkhangelsk, Vologda regions), Volga Federal District (Perm Territory), North Caucasian Federal District (Republic of Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Chechen Republic, Republic of Dagestan) due to precipitation against the background of high water levels, malfunction and clogging of drainage systems, short-term water level rises on small rivers.
