On June 23, 2022, 6 cyclones, 2 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts are forecast.

Due to the severe weather phenomena, the emergencies including the disruption of communal services, energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, and all modes of transport are forecast:

in the Siberian Federal District, in the Republic of Khakassia, the Krasnoyarsk Territory (heavy rains, thunderstorms, hail, squally winds up to 20 m/s, wind up to 25 m/s in some areas);

in the Volga Federal District, in the Orenburg Region (thunderstorm, hail, wind gusts up to 26 m/s);

in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory (heavy rains, rainfalls, hail, thunderstorms, wind gusts up to 25 m/s);

in the North Caucasian Federal District, throughout the territory of the district, except for the Republic of Dagestan (heavy rain, hail, thunderstorm, wind gusts up to 25 m/s).

Due to the adverse weather phenomena, the accidents including the disruption of communal services, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:

in the Ural Federal District, in the Tyumen region (heavy rains, thunderstorms, wind gusts up to 18 m/s);

in the Volga Federal District, in the Saratov and Samara regions (thunderstorm, hail, wind gusts up to 24 m/s);

in the Southern Federal District, in the Republics of Crimea, Adygea, Kalmykia, Rostov, Volgograd regions (heavy rains, rainfalls, hail, thunderstorms, wind gusts of 20-27 m/s);

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Dagestan (heavy rain, wind gusts up to 20 m/s).

There is a risk of flooding of low-lying areas, residential buildings, household plots, highways, roads and railways in the Far Eastern Federal District (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Republic of Buryatia, Transbaikal, Primorsky and Khabarovsk territories, Sakhalin, Magadan and Amur regions, Jewish Autonomous Region), Siberian Federal District (Republic of Altai, Republic of Khakassia and Republic of Tyva, Krasnoyarsk and Altai Territories, Irkutsk and Tomsk Regions, Kemerovo Region - Kuzbass ), Ural Federal District (Chelyabinsk and Kurgan regions, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District - Yugra), Volga Federal District (Perm Territory), North West Federal District (Republic of Karelia, Republic of Kaliningrad, Leningrad, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk and Vologda regions), North Caucasian Federal District (Karachay-Cherkess Republic), Southern Federal District (Krasnodar Territory and Volgograd Region), Central Federal District (Yaroslavl, Kostroma, Vladimir and Ivanovo regions).

There is a risk of thermal anomalies, an increase of the number of foci and areas of wildfires and a possible transition of fire to settlements, infrastructure facilities, disruption of the life support systems in the Far Eastern Federal District (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Republic of Buryatia, Transbaikal and Kamchatka territories, Magadan Region), Siberian Federal District (Republics of Altai, Tuva and Khakassia, Altai Territory, Irkutsk and Tomsk Regions), Ural Federal District (Kurgan, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen and Chelyabinsk regions, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District - Yugra, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District), Volga Federal District (Saratov and Orenburg regions), North Western Federal District (Komi Republic and Arkhangelsk region), Southern and North Caucasian federal districts.

The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are in the North Caucasian Federal District (Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, Republic of North Ossetia, Ingushetia, Dagestan, Chechen Republic, Stavropol Territory) and Southern Federal District (Republic of Adygea, Krasnodar Territory, Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol).
